kiss kiss bang bang reviewApart from a tendency to try to be overly cute, this is a pretty well-scripted crime flick; very well acted and stylishly directed. Robert Downey Jr’s smart-ass style suits the role perfectly, and Val Kilmer is great as usual. Pretty funny in parts as well

El Mariachi - Film Review

el mariachi reviewIt’s obvious what a low budget this was made on - but it’s interesting because it shows how a real talent can start with almost nothing and still create a very watchable piece of entertainment. It’s the excellent pacing that makes it work - some nice humour as well.
